Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud.

You may request closure of your 999dk account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance held at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
999dk processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name that has been used to deposit funds into your 999dk account, or to a verified bank account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and responsible gaming review prior to processing. 999dk targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, though processing timelines may vary based on payment provider procedures.
All balances, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals on the 999dk platform are denominated in PKR. 999dk does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is made using a payment method that operates in a different currency, the conversion will be handled by the payment provider at their prevailing rate.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 999dk are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds awarded by 999dk are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering is calculated based on real-money wagers placed on eligible games. Where 999dk determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, 999dk reserves the right to void the bonus, void winnings derived from the bonus, and, in cases of repeated or systematic abuse, permanently close the account.
Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
All casino game outcomes on the 999dk platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited in accordance with international gaming licensing standards. 999dk does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or against any individual Player.
Return to Player percentages for slot games hosted on the 999dk platform are determined by the game provider and reflect long-term theoretical averages across millions of game rounds. Stated RTP figures do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
999dk's cricket and sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant match or event as declared by the governing body. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or subject to exceptional circumstances, settlement rules specific to the relevant market will apply. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999dk's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their 999dk account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999dk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a 999dk account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by 999dk is used for account administration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication of relevant promotional offers where you have opted in to receive such communications. 999dk does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
999dk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
